Gift Card System
Throw House wanted to increase revenue and customer retention by offering a simple way to purchase gift cards right on the website. Tolle Web Design delivered an easy to use gift card system that generates a gift card, sends it to the recipient, a receipt to the buyer, a notification to Throwhouse, adds it to a tracking spreadsheet automatically, and integrates smoothly with their booking system.
Custom Booking Calendar
When throwhouse came to us, they were subscribed to Checkfront's booking and waiver platform, which costs nearly $200 every month! What's more, is their booking and checkout process was clunky and not user-friendly, which cost them, customers. We made a custom booking and waiver system that looks great and is easy to use. Making it easier for their customers, and saving them nearly $2,400 per year.
Reliable Website Support & Changes
One of their biggest frustrations with their previous website is that they were not able to edit the website themselves whenever they wanted, and they had to wait on a web designer that was very slow to respond. Because of this, they couldn't use their website as an effective marketing platform.
We set them up with an easy-to-use system where they can make changes to their website at any time and provided training videos to show them how. They also signed up for a care plan and we provide more difficult changes promptly for them on a regular basis!
Suffice to say their new solution is everything their old website wasn't
